Coming Up Soon

Composting at St. Mary's

Sunday, September 22, following the 10 AM service

Join us for a conversation between Fr. Chris and Master Composter Peter Jamros, who is advising us on our composting program.

St. Mary's program has expanded quickly since its launching in February this year. In addition to composting the food waste we generate at the church, we invite parishioners to begin composting at home. Materials may be brought to the church and added to our new bin next to the Parish House.

Blessing of the Animals

Sunday, October 6, at 4 PM

Remembering St. Francis of Assisi in his love of all creation, we will celebrate our companion animals by offering a blessing outside on the Great Lawn for all who come with their pets--including stuffed animals and photos of those who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. This is a great opportunity to invite a friend or neighbor. All are welcome!
