CHURCH SCHOOL for School Year 2023 - 2024 

meets at 10 AM on second floor of the Parish Hall.

Children (K-5) join parents in the church in time for Communion.

A Message from Joanne Tiebout Douglas, Church School Director:

 

The Church School is having an exciting fall and looks forward to Advent. There are both new and returning students. Currently, our class includes children aged 5 to 10 years old. We welcome new members up to the age that a student wants to be confirmed.

​

Our class continues to read and study the Scriptures of the week. Other favorite activities include acting out the lessons, as well as coloring and crafts. In October we will make Christmas ornaments for the Giving Tree. The tree will be set up in the back of the church the first Sunday of November. Parishioners will be asked to have presents ready the first week of December. More details will follow.

Another favorite activity: the Christmas pageant will take place on December 17 during the service.

​

During Coffee Hour please feel free to talk with me and the students about what we've learned in class. We are excited to share what we learn. Please pray for us.
