The Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Episcopal
Chappaqua, New York
A Welcome from our Church School Director
I am grateful to be called to this position. Some of you may know me as the mother of Ludovica Douglas.
I recently moved to Pleasantville and am a communicant of St. Mary the Virgin. My Sunday School teaching experience is varied. In Boston I taught grade school students at St. Stephen's and later taught teens at the Church of the Advent. At the Cathedral Church of St. Paul in Boston I began a one-class Sunday School, pre-K through high school.

I am very interested in growing our church school. If you know of any one who would like to participate, please invite them to come anytime. I would also love to reach out to them personally and invite them. If you are comfortable doing so, please share your contact information with me.
If you have any questions or wish to become involved in our Church School program, please text me at 203 448-0881 or email at josiebabette@gmail.com.

"'Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?' He said to him, 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.'" Matthew 22:36-40
