Greetings from our Part-Time Interim Priest
I am delighted to be your Interim Priest!
You have been so welcoming on my "Supply Sundays," and it is evident that you love the Church of St. Mary the Virgin. You are working hard to keep St. Mary's together and vital. I am excited to be part of the parish as you prepare to call your next priest.
My background is in nursing and Healthcare Chaplaincy. I have worked in healthcare for 40 years and retired from my chaplaincy position at the Hospital for Special Surgery last April.
I have three adult sons and a granddaughter. We keep in touch mostly through Zoom and photos. My granddaughter will be one year old in April, so I hope to get out to Colorado to see her in the not-too-distant future.
In addition to working at St. Mary's, I am taking classes at General Theological Seminary towards a certificate in Spiritual Direction.
I hope our time together will be filled with deepening faith, learning together, and fun while enjoying the working of the Holy Spirit in our midst.
