St Mary’s is pleased to be a venue for weddings and special events. Our facilities include a historic stone church as well as a parish hall with a large indoor buffet and banquet space, and wide, open lawns for spacious outdoor receptions. Our location in the heart of Chappaqua is a short walk from the Metro North train station and includes ample on-site parking for guests.

Originally constructed in 1904 as a private chapel for the Greeley family, our church has been called "the most beautiful wedding chapel in Westchester." A full pipe organ in the church may be available for use in ceremonies. Upstairs in our parish hall, separate rooms are available for use as a bridal dressing room and private quarters for the groom before the ceremony, and wedding parties may choose our indoor banquet space in the parish hall or outdoors on the open lawn for a reception following the ceremony.
Special Events
In addition to weddings, our parish hall and grounds are available for special events including birthday and graduation parties, club luncheons, family reunions and more. The parish hall includes a dance floor and stage, indoor restrooms, and access to a full commercial kitchen for preparing and storing food. Our grounds offer a wide lawn and private shaded playground backing onto a historic walking trail maintained by the Town of New Castle.

Catering
We are pleased to partner with Mark Kramer at Susan Lawrence Catering in Chappaqua. Mark has catered many fine receptions in our space for Ars Antiqua and other special events, and is available to arrange food and beverages. He can also assist with the rental of party tents, china and other items, if so desired.
